Britney Spears has been sitting pretty atop pop music charts since 1999, and 2013 is fixing to continue this trend.

Now that it seems Britney Spears' stint on 'X Factor' is over permanently, she'll have more time to focus on her yet untitled album, where it's rumored she will be collaborating with will.i.am and Hit-Boy.

Spears let it slide in a Twitter chat that she is working with "new inspiring producers." Hit-Boy could possibly take Spears' album in a decidedly more urban direction, as he's previously produced tracks for Lil Wayne, Kanye West, A$AP Rocky and DJ Khaled.

In Dec. 2012, Grammy-nominated songwriter Elijah Blake said that he was working on "unexpected" and more "personal" material with Britney, though Spears' management shot down his remarks. True or not, we hope to hear some different sounds from Spears on her upcoming endeavor, and some personal touches would be welcomed as well!
