Iconic crooner Frank Sinatra was arrested at the tender age of 23 for "carrying on with a married woman." In 2012 terms, he was sleeping with a married woman, an apparent no-no back in 1938. However, the charges were dropped when it became known that this woman had only promised to marry a man, and was technically single.

We don't blame her for cheating on her soon-to-be husband, though. How could she resist the charms and good looks of Ol' Blue Eyes?
