The service policy at All-American Burger in 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High' is universal and applicable to real life: No shirt, no shoes, no dice. Well, Game learned that dress codes such as that are strictly enforced when he was booted out of Santa Monica's Hillstone restaurant (formerly Houston's) for violating the dress code.

Game promptly labeled the manager a "slave master" even though the employees were upholding the rules.

TMZ reports that Game was wearing a tank top and because of that, he was refused seating. The manager informed the rapper, who just enjoyed a No. 1 debut with 'The R.E.D. Album,' that the restaurant's policy requires all men to wear sleeves. However, pals of the rapper claim there were two men on site with sleeveless shirts. The rule, however, does not apply to women.

Game even tweeted about the instance, posting: "Houston's just went from my favorite resturant to the "RACIST-URANT" !!!!"

He also posted: "Hillstone's racist-urant formerly known as Houston's & their slave-master manager Valerie has just made #1 on the RACIST resturant list !" Clearly, Game was upset about the restaurant's actions.

Reps for the eating establishment said that Game is welcome back  any time, as long as he is wearing the required attire. The reps also clarified that he pointed to a woman wearing a sleeveless shirt, not two men wearing sleeveless shirts.
