Just a few days after announcing the existence of a new song called 'Monster,' Paramore have released a short audio clip to preview the song.

"I'll stop the whole world from turning into a monster, eating us alive," Hayley Williams sings on the track, which sounds like Paramore's typical brand of hard rock.

According to the video clip, posted on the official page of the group's record label, Fueled By Ramen, fans can hear the full song on June 3 at paramore.net. It will be available as a single on June 7, while the soundtrack sees its release one week later.

'Monster' joins Linkin Park's 'Iridescent' and music by Goo Goo Dolls and My Chemical Romance on the latest 'Transformers' soundtrack. Now a threesome, Paramore have been working with producer Rob Cavallo on their own album of new music.

In the meantime, the group has quite a slate of concerts lined up for the summer, including dates in Europe and Asia, as well as a handful of dates on the Warped Tour.
