On tonight's episode of DuetsRobin Thicke's contestant Alexis Foster placed at third last week, but this week she needed to embrace the music more. Her goal was to have more stage charisma and to just have fun! Thicke was worried as well and suggested that she move around on stage more to become truly involved in the performance.

The pair sang ‘You’re All I Need To Get By' with Thicke on the piano. Foster led the number with a nervous look but quickly got into the song, giving a soulful attitude and beaming at the audience. Her performance was solid, but remained unremarkable compared to the others.

The judges gave mixed reviews with Jennifer Nettles commented that Foster gave a much more entertaining presentation, whereas Kelly Clarkson thought her performance was very disconnected and not a duet at all. John Legend simply reminded her to hold the mic closer to her mouth because he couldn’t hear her as well.

In the last minutes of the episode, host Quddus revealed that Foster placed at number six on the chart which doesn’t leave her in the bottom two, but was not as good as her placement last week.
