Who says you can't wear white after Labor Day?

Solange Knowles married Alan Ferguson yesterday (Nov. 16) in New Orleans and the Internet has been abuzz with commentary on how incredible everyone looked. Eschewing tradition, Solange and Alan had the attendees dressed in all white. The couple even arrived to the wedding via vintage white bicycles, choosing elegant simplicity over frivolity.

According to PEOPLE, Solange first arrived in a Stéphane Rolland jumpsuit, quickly changing into a beautiful white gown by Humberto Leon for Kenzo, complete with a matching, floor-length white cape.

Solange's superstar sister, Beyonce, showed up wearing a curve-hugging white midi-dress with the adorable Blue Ivy perched on her hip. Jay Z was also dapper in an all-white suit.

Of the festivities, Solange told Vogue (quote via PEOPLE): “Everyone I worked with on the wedding are friends who I love. Everything was a labor of love.” Considering how incredible everything looked, we definitely believe her.
