One of our favorite shows of the late '90s was 'Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,' starring former 'Clarissa Explains it All' actress Melissa Joan Hart in the role of Sabrina, a -- you guessed it -- teenage witch. Sabrina had to navigate the waters of high school, and later college, and try to use her powers for good. Of course, it didn't always work out so well. We're taking a look back at the show 10 years later to see what your favorite cast members are up to now.

Melissa Joan Hart (Sabrina Spellman)

Then: The former 'Clarissa Explains it All' star played Sabrina, a girl who discovers she's a witch (and that her cat can magically talk) the day she turns 16.

Now: Melissa Joan Hart has appeared on 'Dancing With the Stars' and currently stars in the sitcom 'Melissa and Joey' with fellow former '90s teen star Joey Lawrence.

Caroline Rhea (Hilda Spellman)

Then: Caroline Rhea played Hilda, Sabrina's quirky and fun aunt. She is far more impulsive than her sister, Zelda.

Now: Rhea went on to host a couple of seasons of 'The Biggest Loser' when Alison Sweeney left, and is the voice of Linda Flynn on the long-running animated kids' show 'Phineas and Ferb.'

Beth Broderick (Zelda Spellman)

Then: Beth Broderick played Zelda, the more conservative and strict of Sabrina's two aunts. Zelda was a college professor and liked to do things by the (spell) book.

Now: Broderick appeared on shows like 'Lost' and 'Castle,' and currently stars on the CBS series 'Under the Dome,' based on the novel by Stephen King.

Nate Richert (Harvey Kinkle)

Then: Nate Richert starred as Harvey Kinkle, Sabrina's boyfriend in the first four seasons. They break up when he discovers she's a witch, but eventually get back together.

Now: Richert left acting in 2006, just a few years after the show ended, and now focuses on his music career. He released his first full-length solo album last year, called "Broken Bottles."

Jenna Leigh Green (Libby Chessler)

Then: In the first three seasons, Jenna Leigh Green played Libby, Sabrina's high school arch-enemy and a cheerleader who also has a crush on Harvey. Sabrina often practiced her spells on Libby.

Now: Green starred as Nessarose in the Broadway musical 'Wicked,' and also understudied for the role of Elphaba, leading her to perform the part over 40 times. She still occasionally makes TV appearances, popping up on shows like 'Castle' and 'Bones.'

Lindsay Sloane (Valerie Birkhead)

Then: In seasons two and three, Lindsay Sloane played Valerie, Sabrina's best friend. At the beginning of season four, Valerie and her family moved to Alaska.

Now: Sloane has had a very successful career in both film and television -- you might have seen her in 'She's Out of My League' or 'Horrible Bosses,' and she's appeared on episodes of 'Entourage,' 'Weeds,' and 'The League.'

Martin Mull (Willard Kraft)

Then: The veteran comic actor and star of 'Clue' and 'Roseanne' played Willard Kraft, Sabrina's high school teacher and the love interest of both Zelda and Hilda in seasons two through four.

Now: In addition to acting, Martin Mull is also a painter, records music and has released almost a dozen albums. Mull has had recurring roles on shows like 'Two and a Half Men' and 'Arrested Development.'

David Lascher (Josh Blackhart)

Then: David Lascher had a pretty big TV resume under his belt before joining the cast of 'Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.' He had recurring roles on the shows 'Hey, Dude,' 'Blossom,' and 'Clueless' all before playing the role of Josh Blackhart, Sabrina's co-worker at a coffee shop and eventual boyfriend in seasons four through six.

Now: Lascher still acts occasionally, appearing in TV movies like 'Always and Forever.' He also popped up on an episode of 'Last Call with Carson Daly' to imitate Ryan Seacrest. Lascher is married to Jill London, and together they have two children.
