Poor, Gavin Degraw. This guy seems so nice, but this didn't keep bad luck from creeping up on him back in August 2011. When he was returning to his New York City apartment after a late night out, Degraw was physically assaulted by a group of men. After being attacked, Degraw was rushed to the emergency room for his injuries, which included facial scrapes, bruises and a broken nose. Luckily, the 'Not Over You' singer got over his injuries pretty quickly, and was back onstage performing a few weeks later.
