Chris Brown can't catch a break in the legal department. A hit-and-run. Probation threatened. Graffiti drama.

The 'Fine China' singer is now being sued over the studio parking lot brawl that took place with Frank Ocean back in L.A. in January -- but it's not Ocean who is behind the suit. And yes, we're still talking about this.

Sha'keir Duarte, who is said to be Ocean's cousin and a member of his entourage that night, claims he was attacked by a member of Brown's posse during the epic confrontation over the parking spot, which took occurred on Jan. 27. Duarte is claiming that he suffered not only a concussion but also humiliation and mental anguish as part of the brouhaha. He's seeking an unspecified amount of damages.

He also claims that Brown threatened gun violence and that the singer's bodyguard punched him and kicked him 12 times, at his boss' urging. He said Breezy dropped the "n" word during the altercation, as well. At the time, Ocean had filed a battery report but opted not to press charges.

Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos (who must be criminally underpaid even if he is making millions), shot down the claims. "This is what gives lawyers and lawsuits a bad name is garbage like this," he said. He plans to countersue and ask that the suit be dropped.

Never, ever a dull moment when you are Breezy.
