Cory Monteith has come a long way since his bad boy days, but on Sunday morning the 'Glee' star was busted by the police for partying too loudly.

According to TMZ, the 29-year-old actor was throwing a housewarming party that was interrupted by the cops when they arrived to his Hollywood Hills home at 4:30AM. Monteith's new neighbors reportedly complained about the loud music coming from the home.

The singer/actor and his roommate were said to have been nice and compliant with the officers, however, Monteith's roommate was still issued a ticket for loud music.

Monteith will have a lot of time on his hands in the next two months as 'Glee' is going on hiatus until April 10. Fox is reportedly making room for a new block of comedy shows, beginning in early March. ‘Raising Hope’ will kick things off at the 8PM ET time slot, and ‘I Hate My Teenage Daughter’ will follow at 8:30PM. ‘New Girl’ will move to 9PM, followed by the resurrected series ‘Breaking In.'

Fans can see Monteith in the winter finale of 'Glee' on Feb. 21 at 8PM ET. We hope the star can stay out of trouble during the show's hiatus!
