Get psyched, Gleeks. FOX has released the first official promo for the new season of 'Glee,' and it's clear that Sue Sylvester is ready to rumble.

The 30-second spot features the Cheerios coach throwing a red rubber ball at different New Directions members, engaging them in a Glee-tastic game of dodgeball. Jane Lynch hits Cory Monteith and Kevin McHale in the face, while her sidekick nails Mark Salling on his cheek.

"This school year will be impossible to miss," the clip says over the sounds of the Go-Go's 'We Got the Beat.' Lea Michele takes the lead on the cover of the '80s hit, which was released as the second single from the girl group's debut album, 'Beauty and the Beat.'

While plenty of rumors have been circulating about show, it's clear that Sue will have a prominent role in the upcoming season. In fact, Ryan Murphy confirmed that the villain will have a new adversary in the coming months. “The winner of ‘The Glee Project’ is the person who she hates the most in the history of the show,” he told TVGuide.com, adding that Sue “is going to destroy their life.”

We can't wait to find out what happens, and who will make up the soundtrack to the destruction. Season 3 of 'Glee' premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 8PM ET on FOX.
