UPDATE: E! has refuted reports claiming they've stopped filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians via a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, saying, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians is currently in production and has not been halted."

Production for Keeping Up With the Kardashians has been temporarily shut down for the second time this year, following Kanye West's recent hospitalization.

Producers reportedly have enough footage already shot to flesh out the rest of the show's current Season 13, but they had initially planned to film through December and that's not likely to happen at this point, according to TMZ.

Kim Kardashian has reportedly remained by Kanye's bedside over the past week at UCLA Medical Center, where the "Famous" rapper was admitted after the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a medical welfare call at his trainer Harley Pasternak’s home on November 21. Upon hearing the news, Kim reportedly took a private plane from New York to Los Angeles, effectively canceling what was rumored to be her first red carpet appearance since early October, to be with Kanye.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians first stopped shooting immediately following Kim's harrowing Paris robbery, where the reality star was held at gunpoint as a group of five masked thieves stole more than $10 million dollars worth of jewelry from her private suite.

TMZ further reports that Kim -- who has yet to return to social media since October, barring three (likely pre-scheduled) Facebook posts that have since been deleted -- has been "rethinking everything," indicating the future of Keeping Up With The Kardashians (or at least Kim's role on the show) is unclear.
