Mama June of ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Fame May Have Dated A Sex Offender Before

Just when we think the 'Honey Boo Boo' scandal can't get any worse, a new detail emerges only to paint an even darker picture of the whole thing. According to a report from The Daily Mail, it looks like Mark McDaniel may not be the first sex offender Mama June has dated.

The Daily Mail states that the reality star once dated Michael Anthony Ford, who is the father of June's daughter Jessica 'Chubbs' Shannon. Ford is allegedly a sex offender, himself, as he was reportedly found guilty of sexually exploiting a child over the Internet. He served a two year prison sentence after he was indicted in 2005 and is still on the sex offender registry. The Daily Mail goes on to report that Ford is allegedly currently serving time in prison, this time for an unrelated charge of child abandonment.

Earlier today, TMZ reported that Mama June, ex-boyfriend Sugar Bear and their daughter Alana aka 'Honey Boo Boo' were photographed spending time together, possibly in an attempt to win back the public favor. You can see that picture over at their site.
