Rihanna is on the brink of releasing her sixth studio album, and the pop star's new single is reportedly a collaboration with Scottish DJ/singer/producer Calvin Harris.

According to NME, the as-yet-untitled track is being produced by the 27-year-old electropop star, who has also been tapped to open for RiRi during her upcoming three-month UK run. Beyond his own chart-topping singles, 'I'm Not Alone' and 'Ready for the Weekend,' Kesha's rumored boy-toy has written and produced records for Kylie Minogue, Dizzee Rascal, Kelis and more.

The single will be the first release from Rihanna's forthcoming follow-up to 2010's 'Loud.' The R&B songbird was said to be re-releasing her latest platinum-selling album this year, but the star chose to unveil a new set of tunes instead. “LOUD is its own body of work,” she tweeted, adding, “Plus u guys work so F?CKIN hard that u deserve to act brand new!!!”

Rihanna will kick off the UK leg of her Loud tour on Sept. 29 in Belfast, Ireland. Should the singer's Harris collaboration debut this year, it will arrive just in time for the overseas trek, which will continue throughout the fall and winter, wrapping with three consecutive dates at London's O2 Arena on Dec. 20, 21 and 22.

UPDATE: According to Rap-Up, the single is called 'We Found Love' and will hit airwaves on Oct. 11.
