The 2013 BRIT Awards took place in the U.K. tonight (Feb. 20), with lots of your favorite pop stars being nominated. Many of them didn't win. That's okay, though! It's the nom that counts, since it is a form of recognition.

The big winners were One Direction, who took home the BRITs Global Success award. Lana Del Rey won the International Female Solo Artist award, as well.
