2014 Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Scandalous Commercial — What’s the Song?

Victoria's Secret commercials are pretty straightforward. There's some underwear, some bras, and a bunch of beautiful women with perfectly tousled hair and oh-so-slightly smudged eyeliner wearing said underwear and bras. Our favorite part of their commercials? The music, duh.

In this 2014 commercial (referred to on their YouTube page as the 'Very Sexy Scandalous' commercial, because of course), the song playing in the background is loud and almost brash -- setting the perfect tone for women who want to come across as totally powerful and in control.

The song is 'On My Mind' by Liam Bailey. Liam is an English musician whose vocal style typically follows suit in the genres of soul, reggae, and blues. He has often been compared to other vocalists like Bob Marley, Sam Cooke and Otis Redding. His music certainly has a very rock feel to it, and 'On My Mind' is no exception. Although only the first few chords are used for the commercial, the feel is a fantastic backdrop that sets the tone in a way that another song just wouldn't be able to.
