A$AP Rocky, along with his members of his entourage, David Rispers and Bladimir Corniel, was convicted by a Swedish court on Wednesday (August 14).

The four judges ordered Rocky to pay restitution to the assault victim as well as court expenses, and he was sentenced to a two-year probation. Rocky will not see any more jail time, after being in custody for a month.

The case focused on Rocky and his co-defendants hitting the victim once he was already on the ground, meaning that they were not in danger of imminent harm. The case also hinged on whether or not Rocky thew a bottle at the victim, which badly injured the victim. None of the witnesses saw the bottle in question.

"Based on statements from two witnesses, the court finds that the defendants were not subject to a current or imminent criminal attack," the ruling stated according to CNN. "Therefore, they were not in a situation where they were entitled to use violence in self-defense. Nor could they have perceived themselves to be in such a situation."

Rocky played his first concert on Sunday (August 11) since he was arrested for assault in Sweden. He addressed the trial with the crowd.

"Hopefully we won’t have to go back to jail or nothing like that, that would be crazy," he said according to Reuters. "It was an unfortunate event and I’m just trying to stay blessed."
