Marvel fans heading out to see Ant-Man and The Wasp this weekend may be wondering: Does the film contain any post-credits scenes? And, if so, do they have any connection to Avengers: Infinity War?

Indeed, Ant-Man and The Wasp has not one, but two post-credits scenes—one which takes place mid-credits and another which takes place after the final credit rolls.

**SPOILERS BELOW***

The first scene finally offers viewers a connection between the events of Ant-Man and The Wasp and Thanos' horrifying mass culling at the end of Avengers: Infinity War.

In the clip, Hank Pym, Hope and Janet van Dyne are seen gathered with Scott Lang atop a city building, where they're testing a new miniature quantum tunnel in an effort to extract healing quantum energy. Scott, wearing his Ant-Man suit, is sent into the quantum realm and successfully extracts the energy, but just as he's about to be brought back up, elsewhere (and off-screen) Thanos snaps his fingers.

As a result, Hank, Hope and Janet disintegrate, leaving Scott stranded in the quantum realm with no means of escape and no idea of what has just happened.

As it turns out, the events of Ant-Man and The Wasp takes place briefly before the events of Infinity War, overlapping slightly.

In contrast, the second post-credits scene is somewhat of a playful palate cleanser: Taking us back to Scott's house, we find his daughter Cassie's giant pet ant rocking out on Scott's electronic drum set.

The screen goes back, and we see the words: "Ant-Man and The Wasp Will Return ... ?"

While a sequel to Ant-Man and The Wasp has yet to be greenlit, Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) and Lily Evangeline (The Wasp) are reportedly already signed on for Avengers 4, due out May 2019. That said, hopefully someone in the sprawling MCU will be able to extract Ant-Man from the quantum realm so he can take his place alongside the Avengers in their ongoing war against the Mad Titan.
