It's Pink's tattoo!

Alecia Moore, as she is known to her family, got these dog tags inked on her ankle as a tribute to her father and brother, who have both served in the military. Her brother Jason is enlisted in the Air Force while her father, Jim, is a Vietnam veteran. Pink actually paid tribute to her father's service in her song 'My Vietnam' with the lyrics "Daddy was a soldier he taught me about freedom / Peace and all the great things that we take / Advantage of."
