Is Cory Monteith Cheating on Lea Michele?

Not long after reports surfaced that 'Glee''s power couple of Rachel and Finn -- Lea Michele and Cory Monteith -- were dating in real life, Perez Hilton says the lovebirds may be in trouble, after Monteith was spotted making out with another girl.

Perez quotes a source who spotted the actor kissing an unknown woman at the Mammoth Mountain ski resort in California. The spy saw Monteith and the girl lock lips in the hot tub, and then again later at a party at a cabin, and she allegedly referred to him as "a great kisser."

If the story is true, what does this mean for the future of the couple? Was Cory caught red-handed cheating on his new girlfriend? Or is it possible they're not exclusive yet and he was just exercising his right to play the field? Neither actor has been in a rush to set the record straight on their relationship status, so Gleeks can only speculate at this point.

Michele and Monteith, whose 'Glee' characters remain engaged, were rumored to pair up off-screen last month, when they were seen getting cozy on Valentine's Day and later went on a romantic getaway in Vancouver.
