Country music has long been known for touting more conservative, family-friendly values and themes—but that doesn't mean its stars of the genre can't get a little spicy or even outright NSFW sometimes.

From releasing cheeky songs about sex to finding themselves in controversial scandals, country musicians aren't afraid to show the public their wilder, more unpredictable sides once in a while.

Over the years, a handful of country artists have even taken it all off—or nearly all off—by posing totally nude.
