Darren Criss Makes People’s 2011 Sexiest Man of the Year

Is it getting hot in here or is it just Darren Criss? The 'Glee' star heated up PEOPLE's 'Sexiest Man Alive' issue with his warm voice, his smoldering eyes -- and those abs!

Criss revealed to E! News that his ideal date is a play or musical (of course!), but that may conflict with one thing. "Conversation is the most important part of a date to me," Criss told E! News cameras. You can't talk during a play, so we hope whoever's lucky enough to snag him gets dinner out of the deal too!

Though Criss is smitten with Kurt onscreen, the curly-locked cutie may have a crush on another certain 'Glee' cast mate. When asked about co-star Dianna Agron, Criss became sheepishly adorable. "Kindred spirits," he told E! "I wouldn’t flatter myself to say that I’m on her level. She’s in another world of fantastic."

It sounds like Mr. Criss is selling himself short. His shirtless torso is in its own world of fantastic too!
