We all know Drake has a penchant for getting tattoos. So over the weekend, Drizzy decided to get inked of two beloved people in his family -- his late uncle, Steve, and his late grandmother, Evelyn Sher, who passed away on Thanksgiving Day.

The Young Money superstar enlist California tattoo artist Nikko Hurtado for the job, which he posted on his Twitter feed. "Rad experience with @Drake he sat like a champ," he tweeted, adding, “Late night session @Drake thanks dude it was an honor."

It's a huge back tattoo with his uncle and grandmother's face above the Aaliyah tattoo on the left. The artwork is quite impressive with every cheekbone, teeth, eyes and hair carefully detailed. It's a beautiful homage to his uncle and nana who will always have his back.

It was his uncle and grandmother who inspired Drake to pursue a career in music. He references both of them on 'Take Care''s piano-driven ballad 'Look What You've Done.'

Drake has collected quite a few tattoos as of late. We all know about his Aaliyah face tattoo. In 2012, Drizzy got inked with Toronto's area code "416" on his right rib cage and Toronto's CN Tower on his left bicep.
