Season two of the hit Fox drama Empire might not start for another two months, but its promo campaign is well underway.

A 20-second teaser trailer for the second season is here, and while there isn't much to go on, viewers learn that at some point in the season Jamal will perform at a #FreeLucious concert (yes, hashtag included), which makes sense because seconds later we see that the Lyon patriarch is still behind bars. The best part of the clip, though, is the brief snippet where you see Hakeem bopping around on a Hovertrax, which is like a less embarrassing version of a Segway.

According to Deadline, the show’s upcoming second season will feature just as many high-profile names as its first. Season 2 will see guest appearances from celebrities like Chris Rock, Lenny Kravitz, Alicia Keys and Kelly Rowland, who will play Lucious’ mom in a flashback. Marisa Tomei will also join the cast for a recurring role as Mimi Whitman, a venture capitalist who gets embroiled in the Lyon family drama.

The season is set to have a full 18 episodes, while Season 1 rounded out with a significantly shorter 12-episode run.

Aside from explicit promo, the show has stayed in the press with the recent reveal of the 2015 Emmy Awards nominations. Although Taraji P. Henson is up for Best Lead Actress, the show failed to earn a nomination for Best New Drama. Co-creator Lee Daniels responded to the snub by jokingly putting the awards show on blast in an expletive-filled Instagram video. He later clarified that he was just kidding, suggesting "haters, shut up and go to bed."

Empire returns on Wednesday, September 23 at 9PM EST on Fox. In the meantime, you can check out the 20-second teaser trailer in the video above.
