If you were hoping to catch Frank Ocean's headlining set at 2015's FYF Festival in Los Angeles this weekend, we've got some bad news for you. But if you also happen to also be a Kanye West fan, we've got some other news that might soften the blow a little.

According to the festival's official website, the Channel Orange singer was originally set to headline the festival this coming Saturday (August 22), but “has decided on his own terms to cancel his appearance.” Thankfully, Kanye stepped in last minute and will now headline the Main Stage in his place, joining the likes of other artists like Bloc Part, Chet Faker, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Purity Ring, Dinosaur Jr., The Drums and more. Morrissey, meanwhile, is set to headline Sunday's (August 23) show, following performances from FKA Twigs, D’Angelo and the Vanguard, Belle & Sebastian, Solange and more. .

There's no word as to the details behind Ocean's cancellation, but his more optimistic fans are hopeful that it means he's choosing to focus on his long-awaited follow-up album to 2012's critically acclaimed Channel Orange. Ocean's sophomore album -- which, according to SPIN, is titled Boys Don't Cry -- was promised to hit shelves this past July, but it's currently August and we're no closer to getting a new single, let alone an entire album.
