Frank Ocean made his television debut on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' on Monday (July 9) in support of his Def Jam debut, 'Channel Orange.'

The rapper/singer made the late-night talk show appearance less than one week after the he posted a revealing open letter about his bisexuality. Ocean said he intended for the material to be included in the liner notes of his album, "But with all the rumors going round... I figured it’d be good to clarify."

On 'Fallon,' Ocean was backed by the Roots and a string section for a moving rendition of 'Bad Religion,' one of the tracks that had sparked rumors about his sexual orientation. In the song, he sings: “It’s a it’s a bad religion / To be in love with / Someone who could never love you / Only bad only bad religion / Could have me feeling the way I do."

Fallon was the first to host Odd Future in early 2011, so it's no wonder why Ocean chose the the program again for his solo debut. 'Channel Orange,' which was released one week early on iTunes.
