Thinking about a summer road trip north of the border? If so, you may want to consider scheduling it around the Ottawa Bluesfest, which has nabbed fun., Skrillex, Baauer, Alex Clare, Weezer and many more big names for its 2013 event.

The Bluesfest is not a three-day event like many music festivals. Instead, different groups of performers take the stage at LeBreton Flats Park in downtown Ottawa over the course of ten nights. Fun. will perform on July 7, part of a diverse lineup that night that includes rap legends Wu-Tang Clan, country singer Hunter Hayes and indie pop duo Tegan and Sara.

Skrillex is billed as part of Skrillex's Full Flex Express Tour, which plays live on July 14, the final night of the event, the same night blues icon B.B. King performs.

Other big names on the bill include Marianas Trench, Bjork and country trio the Dixie Chicks, who are reuniting for a select few performances this summer. Tickets are on sale this week, with earlybird pricing scheduled to end on March 1.
