Matthew Morrison covers the gorgeous Coldplay ballad 'Fix You' on the upcoming 'Asian F' episode of 'Glee,' set to air on FOX on Oct. 4.

Few singers possess the beautiful falsetto of Coldplay singer Chris Martin, but Morrison does an admirable job delivering the heartfelt lyrics: "When you try your best, but you don't succeed / When you get what you want but not what you need / When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep / Stuck in reverse / And the tears come streaming down your face / When you lose something you can't replace / When you love someone, but it goes to waste / Could it be worse?"

The song nicely replicates Coldplay's version, swapping the organ for a a simple piano accompaniment at the beginning, followed shortly after by strings that add an extra layer of emotion. Later, drums and guitars appear to as the song builds to its peak.

'Fix You,' from Coldplay's album 'X&Y,' reached the Top 20 on the Modern Rock chart in 2005. It's the most low-key of the 'Asian F' episode's covers, which also include Beyonce's 'Run the World (Girls)' and Jennifer Hudson's 'Spotlight.'
