Lea Michele, Darren Criss + More of ‘Glee’ Cast Tweet Goodbyes During Series Finale

Glee took its final bow on Friday night (March 20) with a two-hour series finale that not only felt like a sweet ending to a six-year chapter of television, but also left everyone, including the cast, in tears. And as we were reaching for the tissue box and live tweeting the event, some of the show's stars did the same and shared their memories during the last episode's broadcast.

Many of the cast members — including Kevin McHale (Artie), Naya Rivera (Santana) and Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) — shared Glee memories on social media before the series finale. And many of the actors shared their thoughts and feelings right before, during and after the show, which made Gleeks all over the world feel like we were all together on the couch and watching it together. Lea Michele, Dianna Argon, Amber Riley and Darren Criss reminisced and expressed how thankful they were for their time on the show as well as all the support they received from fans.

While Matthew Morrison shared his gratitude on social media, he admitted that he has yet to see the last episodes. However, he couldn't stop thanking everyone and sent more love over Twitter earlier today (March 21).

Mchale and Chord Overstreet decided to use the visual approach and share their thoughts and feelings through Instagram. Posting photos and videos from their last days of filming and rehearsals, all the photos really showed how close the cast was and made us miss them even more.

While we know that this won't be the last time we'll see the Glee stars, we will miss tuning in every week.
