A brand new trailer for Jessica Jones was released Tuesday (May 28), which shows the super-powered private detective getting a knock on her office door from what appears to be the third season's mysterious new villain. It's unclear who the person, but he calls her a "fraud" and a "cheater" in the intense clip.

The streaming giant revealed the third season of Jessica Jones will drop on Friday, June 14.

What can fans expect in terms of plot this season?

Though Season 3 details have been scarce, the new teaser gave fans their first look at the show's villain. Also, Netflix's press release reveals Jessica and her sister Trish (Rachael Taylor) will seemingly put their differences aside to take him down.

"When Jessica crosses paths with a highly intelligent psychopath, she and Trish must repair their fractured relationship and team up to take him down," the official synopsis reads. "But a devastating loss reveals their conflicting ideas of heroism and sets them on a collision course that will forever change them both.”

How many episodes will there be in Jessica Jones Season 3?

According to Collider.com, there will be 13 episodes and they will all be released simultaneously when the show premieres next month.

Which cast members are coming back for Jessica Jones Season 3?

Aside from Ritter and Taylor, the final season will also star Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeri) and Eka Darville (Malcolm), as well as a number of new unconfirmed characters portrayed by actors Benjamin Walker, Jeremy Bobb, Sarita Choudhury, Tiffany Mack, Jessica Frances Dukes, Aneesh Sheth and Rebecca DeMornay.
