After releasing Nervous System–her third EP and major label debut–in 2017, Julia Michaels appears to be gearing up for something new and recently teased her next single, "Jump."

The "Issues" singer made the announcement on Twitter, posting a short black-and-white clip which features the palm of her hand and "JUMP 5.4.18." While no lyrics in the song can be heard, the snippet of the song features a slow-building beat and what sounds like some kind of strings.

The "Uh Huh" singer is currently in the middle of her European tour and has a show scheduled for tonight (April 28) in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Michaels will make stops in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and more before wrapping up the trek on May 12 in Lisbon, Portugal.

Following the European tour, Michaels will join Maroon 5 on their Red Pill Blues Tour which kicks off on May 30 in Tacoma, Wash. The artists will continue touring through Oct. 15 when they wrap up in New York.

While Nervous System serves as an EP for Michaels, the singer has called the project a "mini-album." Featuring her hit song "Issues," the project also includes the songs "Worst in Me" and "Make it Up to You." It's uncertain when the singer will release a new project but the upcoming single may be a sign of things to come.
