Lady Gaga – A Box of Monster Paw-Shaped Chocolates

Strip away the towering platforms, dagger-like nails, wigs and elaborate stage costumes and you'll find that Lady Gaga is really a traditional Italian girl underneath. That's why we'd go the "classic" route for Valentine's Day and gift her with a box of chocolates -- we said that in the Forrest Gump voice.

However, our box of candy would stand out, like Gaga, because the sweet treats would be shaped like monster paws, which is her signature. It'd be a challenge for a gourmet chocolatier to pull off, but we have faith.

It'd also cost a pretty penny, but it's Gaga -- and she's worth it for all she does for monsters, like the Born Brave bus.
