According to The Hollywood ReporterNBC has ordered Law & Order: You The Jury, an extension of Dick Wolf's massively successful franchise, to series. While previous L&O episodes have dramatized existing cases, Jury will afford viewers the chance to weigh in on new, real-life hearings live, share thoughts on witnesses and evidence presented and ultimately land on a verdict. And your mother said you were useless so long as you were plopped on the couch...

If there's someone to be trusted in the realm of reality-criminal justice shows, it's Wolf. His Cold Justice, which is in the thick of its third season on TNT, follows a prosecutor and crime scene investigator who reopen and investigate unsolved cases with the consent of officials. According to TV by the Numbers, the show has amounted to 21 arrests and 11 criminal indictments.

Wolf is also responsible for Law & Order: SVU, Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med on NBC.
