The 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' fallout continues. TMZ is reporting that Mama June Shannon was once prosecuted for not paying child support for her daughter Anna.

When Anna was nine, she went to go live with her grandmother -- Mama June's mother -- a year after she was molested by her mother's boyfriend Mark McDaniel. At the time, Mama June was reportedly required to pay her mother (Anna's guardian) $100 per month in child support -- which she allegedly failed to do.

In 2009, criminal charges were filed against June, who was reportedly more than $4,000 behind in payments. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Mama June's lack of payments were "due to willful and continuous refusal to comply." Three months later, however, the charge against June was dismissed.

Mama June -- who recently appeared on 'Entertainment Tonight' and seemingly justifyed her actions of seeing Mark McDaniel by saying "It's not like I see him every day" -- also appeared on 'Dr. Phil' in an episode set to air on Monday (Nov. 17). In the ep, TMZ reports, Mama June makes several claims, one of which that states that the recent photo of her and McDaniel lying in a bed together has been doctored.

'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' was canceled last month after allegations that Mama June was currently dating her daughter's molester. McDaniel was recently released from prison after he spent 10 years for molesting Anna.
