This Miley Cyrus wardrobe malfunction shouldn't even be labeled as a "malfunction," since the 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks' singer seems to have deliberately forgotten her pants while having a smoke out on her hotel room balcony.

To no real surprise, the girl who was gifted a Bob Marley birthday cake and just released a duet with Snoop Doog appeared to be smoking something "hand-rolled."
