Wanna take a quick trip with Nicki Minaj? Well you can. The Queen of the Barbz hit her homeland of Trinidad to shoot the video for 'Pound the Alarm' and of course, the 'Starships' singer took us behind the scenes of the shoot. She proclaims, "We're in my homeland, where I was born," in her thick, "New Yawk" accent, mind you!

Minaj arrives at the airport, where she is the bell of the ball, with tons of fans snapping camera phone photos and bestowing her with flowers. She is clearly beloved by her hometown Barbz. She also looks super cute in her frizzy, extra-curly blonde wig and her bikini top, where she shows off her voluptuous assets.

The rapper is clearly overwhelmed by the response she gets from her native land. "I never thought in a million years that I would ever do this," she says, while dressed extravagantly in her a bold red headdress and chained top. It's an emotional moment and while Minaj holds it together, she is clearly overcome by the love that is being sent her way.

The clip is just over two minutes long, but it captures a lot of emotions and action as Minaj does her thing and films her next video. We cannot wait to see the end result.
