Pitbull may be "Mr. Worldwide" nowadays, but he will always be "Mr. Miami" ... or "Mr. 305," as he so commonly refers to himself.

Born Armando Perez in the city to Cuban Parents, he named his 2004 debut 'M.I.A.M.I,' which stood for 'Money Is a Major Issue.' Well, given the success of Pit's major hits 'Give Me Everything' and 'Don't Stop the Party,' as well as the way his features on J. Lo's 'On the Floor' and 'Dance Again' helped to reinvigorate her career, money is no longer a major issue for the smooth-as-silk rapper.

Pit is so proud and protective of his home city, that he even dropped a Lil Wayne diss track called 'Welcome 2 Dade County.' It was in response to Weezy throwing serious shade against the Miami Heat and claiming to have had relations with power forward Chris Bosch's wife.

Pit has some serious cojones to step to Weezy, but he stood up for his city and its championship team, and that probably earned Wayne's respect, even if he doesn't admit it. Dale!
