Prince – Off the Grid Stars

Not much is known about precisely where Prince lives, though it's somewhere outside Minneapolis, not far from his Paisley Park recording studio.

After his divorce in the mid '00s, the notoriously reclusive superstar apparently tore down his mansion in Chanhassen, Minn., but he still owns the land and may have rebuilt or moved nearby. He almost went into default on the Chanhassen property in 2011, but finally paid a delinquent mortgage bill after the bank threatened foreclosure.

Prince was once known to have briefly leased a Beverly Hills house for the primary purpose of throwing an Academy Awards party. That's not surprising, considering how eccentric the man is. Given all the secrecy surrounding his Minnesota residence, if he ever invited cameras inside for a peek, we're certain the world would be captivated.
