All Hail the Queen… Priyanka!

The inaugural winner of Canada's Drag Race exploded onto the music scene with their new album, Devastatia.

The eight-track album shines a spotlight on Queen Priyanka's vocal talent, and proves why the drag superstar is a force to be reckoned with.

Recently, drag queens have come under attack, and in an exclusive chat with PopCrush Nights host Donny Meacham, the actor explains why the art of drag is more important than ever.

"When something becomes mainstream, people start to attack it, and try to tear it down. This is part of the reason why drag is under so much fire right now. People are forgetting just how liberating it is to FULLY embrace everything society tells you not to be," the 33-year-old tells PopCrush.

The "Shut It Down" singer continues: "Drag is that fearless expression that makes everyone feel powerful and radical. It’s more important now than ever because, just like main character energy, we’re the loudest visually and verbally, and drag has the power to make real change!"
