Sammy Adams Talks Changing Coasts + New Track ‘Dark Horse’ [VIDEO]

Sammy Adams paid a visit to the PopCrush office recently to sit down and chat about changing coasts and about his new album 'I Wish,' which features the Mike Posner-featured 'L.A. Story,' and a new track called 'Dark Horse.' We certainly got to know more about Adams the artist in this exclusive chat.

Adams talked about transitioning to West Coast, having spent lots of formative time in Boston and NYC. He also talks about the perks of being in L.A.

As for his new album? 'I Wish' is definitely coming out this year and in the fall, but the release date remains up in the air. He did say "definitely this year," though. Mark his words.

His favorite track on 'I Wish,' besides all of them, is 'Dark Horse,' which addresses being the underdog and shares its title with a new Katy Perry track, mind you.

But this underlining message seems to transcend beyond 'Dark Horse,' as Adams hope that after listening to his album, fans will get "the same positive energy and feel good vibe that a lot of [his] music has."
