Wynonna Judd's daughter, 28-year-old Grace Kelley, has been arrested for the second time since April.

ET reports that Kelley was arrested on Aug. 3 in Carroll Country, Ga. She was booked into the Carroll County jail on three misdemeanor counts: Fleeing or attempting to flee law enforcement, driving with a suspended or revoked license and improperly using motorcycle equipment.

According to police documents obtained by ET, Kelley was released from jail the day after her arrest on a $2,750 bond.

Grace Pauline Kelley -- one of two children whom Judd shares with her ex-husband Arch Kelley III -- has a lengthy history of legal trouble. In early April, she was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, and the third charge of soliciting prostitution was added a few days later.

During that arrest, Kelley was stopped by authorities in Millbrook, Ala. after she exposed her breasts and the lower part of her body at the intersection of Interstate 64 and Highway 14. Further reports indicated that she refused to identify herself or comply with the officers on the scene, saying she sat down on the road and declined to cooperate.

Kelley's legal problems date back to 2015, when she was arrested in Nashville and charged with manufacturing meth, according to Fox News. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison after violating parole. ET reports that she was released on parole in 2019, but arrested again in August 2021 due to a parole violation. In December 2022, she was released again; in May 2023, she once again got arrested for parole violations as well as for violating an order of protection.

Most recently, Kelley was granted parole on Oct. 2023.
