Lady Gaga capped off a busy day on Thursday by taking in Beyonce's intimate concert at New York City's Roseland Ballroom.

After dropping by MTV to premiere her new video for 'You & I' and to participate in a live chat, Gaga headed over to Roseland to catch the third show of Beyonce's four-night residency in New York. Gaga was spotted wearing a frilly, gothic funeral look.

While it would have been cool to see Gaga and Beyonce duet together on 'Telephone' or 'Video Phone,' Gaga stayed in the audience, as this night belonged to Beyonce, even if she was using a teleprompter to address the crowd. Bey has been playing her entire '4' album during her NYC gigs. MTV reported earlier in the week that her shows lack the usual set and costume changes and instead focus solely on her music.

The Hollywood Reporter says that Gaga wasn't alone at Beyonce's concert. Other celebs in attendance included Kelly Rowland, Jennifer Hudson, Usher, Frank Ocean and Ne-Yo.

Gaga has been making a number of public appearances lately, a trend that will continue at least through next weekend, when she opens the 2011 VMAs on Aug. 28.
