Coldplay frontman Chris Martin recently opened up about his sleep disorder and how he receives professional help on a regular basis. The singer, father of two -- Apple (7) and Moses (5) -- and husband to the Oscar-winning actress Gweneth Paltrow, sought professional help for his problem to help him fall into a deeper sleep.

Sometimes, there's a fine line between a superfan and a creepy stalker. A Coldplay fan recently crossed that line when he jumped the fence at frontman Chris Martin's home and began singing some of the band's songs, forcing Martin to kick him off the property.

While their recent performance on the U.K.'s 'X Factor' was a success, Coldplay's management team supposedly had their concerns about how their fans would accept it in the long run.

You already know that Little Mix walked away with the championship on this week's season finale of the U.K. version of 'X Factor.' However, that wasn't all that went on during the show -- in fact, a star-studded lineup of performers appeared to send the season off in style, including Leona Lewis and Coldplay.

Coldplay are hard at work performing throughout Europe on a nightly basis for arenas filled with screaming fans. Now, their loyal listeners across the pond will also be able to take in a live Coldplay show. The band has just announced a string of North American tour dates for next year kicking off in April 2012.

The 2012 BRIT Awards have yet to even announce their nominees, but The Sun is reporting that Coldplay and Rihanna have already agreed to perform their collaboration 'Princess of China' at the ceremony.

Those who don't want to ring in 2012 with Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest have another option this year. Coldplay will appear on an extended 90-minute 'Austin City Limits' concert special, airing on PBS stations nationwide at 11PM EST on Dec. 31.
