Good news for Brandy fans who have anxiously been awaiting new music. The singer is hard at work on her sixth studio album which will hit stores in the first quarter of the new year. On the new collection of tunes, Brandy is working with singer, songwriter and rapper Frank Ocean. The singer has called the collaboration with the famed artist a great fit with "great chemistry."

After Frank Ocean finishes his mini-tour this week, he go into the studio to flesh out the music he wants to create for his untitled second album. "The record is written, we're just trying to tie up all the production. Get everything sonically pleasing to me," he told BBC 1xtra's Zane Lowe (via Billboard) about the album.

Odd Future crooner Frank Ocean had to cancel his New York show on Sunday (Nov. 6) due to problems with his voice. The cancellation comes a day after the singer kicked off his mini-tour in his native city of New Orleans on Saturday (Nov. 7).
