Get ready for a splash of sparkly dresses in your fashion mags this winter. Taylor Swift might be Vogue's February 2012 cover girl!

Rumors swirled that Swift would cover the style Bible's all-important March issue -- one of the ultimate honors in the fashion world. However, Fashionista reports that it looks like that spot is going to another Grammy winner with a banner year -- none other than Adele. The move pushed Swift ahead to February, but we doubt she'll mind. It's appropriate that a girl who writes about love stories and fairy tales would be Vogue's Valentines feature.

This will be only one of the latest covers and honors for Swift. The 'Ours' singer is Billboard's Woman of the YearCMA’s Entertainer of the Year, and won a slew of awards in 2011, including Favorite Female Country Artist, Favorite Country Album and Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards.

Considering staff on her 'Ours' video claimed it was actually difficult to make her look frumpy and Swift has the same tall glass of water frame that most models do, she's a great fit for Vogue. Swift hasn't confirmed the cover spot yet, but we're guessing it's only a matter of time.
