Beyonce pulled double duty in NYC yesterday, with a performance on 'The View' in the morning before shaking her booty well after dark with a performance on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.' Does a diva ever sleep? Apparently not.

When announcing that Bey was performing and that she'd be also be a couch guest, Fallon proclaimed, "I love Beyonce." What a rhetorical statement, since who doesn't love Beyonce?

The 'Single Ladies' singer took the stage in a dangerously short white dress with long sleeves and white heels, showing off her incredibly long legs. Bey clearly loves singing this song, and with an assist from Fallon's house band the Roots, she opened up quite a bit and sang the song in a more soulful, almost loungey way. She was incredibly animated, utilizing her arms and making lots of dramatic facial expressions.

We've seen Bey perform this song on TV multiple times as she's been promoting '4,' but this late night performance was the most edgy, off-the-beaten-path rendition of the song ever. When she plopped on the couch to for a post-perf chat with Fallon, even he made a reference to her hand motions during the song, and she called him a "beautiful, nice person."

She also encouraged viewers to purchase Kelly Rowland's new album, showing some love for her former Destiny's Child groupmate.

Beyonce also said that watching her husband Jay-Z perform live, or seeing her sister DJ, inspired her when she was crafting '4," which made her "come up with my own little genre."
