Bobbi Kristina Isn’t Awake, According to Whitney Houston’s Family

Despite Bobby Brown's claim this weekend that Bobbi Kristina Brown awoke from her coma, Whitney Houston's family says the late singer's daughter is still unconscious, on life support and fighting for her life.

TMZ reports that sources connected to the Houston family say they have no idea where Bobby and Tina Brown heard that Bobbi Kristina was awake or why they said she was off life support.

"She's in the exact same condition she was in when she went into the facility. They say there is "minimal" reaction ... an occasional eye blink, but that's it," a source connected to Whitney Houston's family reportedly told TMZ.

Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub full of water on January 31, just days before her the anniversary of her mother Whitney Houston's death.

Reports indicated that Bobbi Kristina's outlook was grim following the incident. On February 5, we heard that Bobbi Kristina's family planned to gather to say goodbye.

Bobby Brown claimed publicly that his daughter had recovered on April 18 during a concert in Dallas.

Bobbi's sister, Tina Brown, also posted the following message on Facebook: "So many messages,sorry can’t answer them all right now but I will get to them later.. Just allow me this time with my family,,yes,she woke up and is no longer on life support!!!!!:):)God is good!!thanks for your prayers,,still a process,but she is going to be ok:):):):).”
