It’s Mark Foster’s Mansion!

Mark Foster of Foster the People owns this L.A. home! The 'Pumped Up Kicks' singer bought the pad recently from soap actor Maurice Bernard, and it was a steal too! Foster only paid $2.155 million for the house, while the original asking price was $3.599 million back in 2008 when it originally hit the market.

According to Zillow, the house measures at 4,637 square feet and has three bedrooms with large windows and tall, angled ceilings throughout. The '70s styled, wood-paneled structure sits on upwards of 1.2 acres with "mature landscaping," and there's a full view of the city skyline.

Not bad, Mr. Foster! We hope this new, serene setting helps inspire some awesome new tunes.
