Well, looky here. Chris Brown received some good news today (Nov. 30). The Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office told NBC Miami that they are not prosecuting the singer for allegedly snatching a Miami woman's iPhone back in February.

If you recall, Brown reportedly grabbed Christal Spann's iPhone after she snapped a photo of him and his buddy Tyga hopping into a Bentley outside of club Cameo. Afterward, the singer allegedly said, "B----, you ain't going to put that on no website," before driving off with her phone. A police report was filed against Breezy for "robbery by sudden snatching."

"The Miami Beach Police Department and my prosecutors have reviewed all of the evidence and taken the statements of numerous witnesses, many of whom were interviewed in California, and have determined we are not taking any type of criminal action regarding the incident," State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said in a statement. "We have forwarded our findings to Los Angeles for the probation case review after conducting the same process that every criminal case in Miami-Dade County undergoes."

According to TMZ, prosecutors spoke to Tyga and to Brown's ex-boo Karrueche Tran who, apparently, was in the vehicle during the incident. Tran claims the woman stuck the phone in the car and hit her on top of the head. As a result, Spann's phone fell inside the vehicle when they sped off. The phone was later tossed out the window.

The real question here is -- will Christal Spann be ever compensated for her lost phone?

In any case, things seemed to be looking up for Brown. After escaping criminal charges in his infamous club brawl with Drake, the 'Don't Judge Me' singer can now move ahead into 2013 with a clean slate.
