Daft Punk aren't quite finished riding the wave of success behind their single 'Get Lucky.' The French duo released a remix of the track, which runs at a lengthy 10 minutes.

These days with remixes, songs can often sound completely different with big time guest features and brand spanking new beats. However, Daft Punk have chosen to stay true to the form and *gasp* just give their original composition a new arrangement. The song is great on its own, so why completely scrap the original and make something new? Though we have to admit, it's so similar to the original, we're wondering why it was necessary in the first place.

The reworking of 'Get Lucky' also came with a short promo video, which opens on a group of young dancers gettin' down and dirty with a giant full moon as their scenery. As the camera widens out, we can see that Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo are sitting in a spaceship-like vehicle, where they soft-tap their fingers, tap their toes, and nod in agreement to their handiwork.

The remix will be available for sale on July 15, until then, you'll just have to settle listening on Spotify!
